Who we are

TATO Bistro is a family-run Ukrainian kitchen on Costa Brava, serving soulful plates without spectacle. We honor the recipes passed through generations, rolling varenyky by hand each morning and braising meats the slow way, just as our grandmothers did.

You will find no pretense here, only honest food, warm service, and the kind of atmosphere where children, neighbors, and newcomers share tables without hesitation.

We opened TATO to create a space that feels like home, whether you join us for a long lunch on the terrace or a quiet midweek dinner. The music hums low, the dumplings arrive steaming, and the world outside softens for a while.
